Question about Barry's "The March of Eagles" (VICT

Post by littlejohn » Wed Feb 25, 2009 11:03 pm

Hi everyone,

I just got a couple of boxes of the new Victrix Naps and as I was reading over the rules included in the box (I think penned by Barry?). A nice simple set but I'm having a bit of trouble finding how the "Accuracy" number is determined? Anyone have this figured out. I'm sure I'm just missing it somewhere and I'm assuming its a different number than the "Activation" number.

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

BTW the figures are great!

cheers
Dave

Dear Barry,
I like the look of March of Eagles but am loath to do rebasing unless it will be extended to cover cavalry and artillery. Are you able to confirm intentions in thsi regard?

Andrew.. relax 8)

no need to rebase at all. The rules are not specific about basing conventions. If you have more than 4 figures per base simply divide by 4 into the total unit size to give the number of combat groups. It is the same principle I have used for Republic to Empire
My mission in life is always to make life easier for us wargamers not more difficult!

Thanks, I was more thinking of the aesthetics of having separate officer and drummer figures etc, but can trial the rules sith my units based as is and coloured nmarjkers for personality figure additions to the units.
