Russian Brigade Commander

Post by Greystreak » Thu Mar 18, 2010 6:16 pm

A recently finished a 'leader stand' for my Russian Infantry, nominally representing Col. Aleksey Aigustov, commanding the 2nd Brigade, 7th Division, in September 1812. Figures are 28mm Foundry, sculpted by Alan Perry. A bit of fun getting to paint a horse again--but lots of 'PBI' to paint yet.

Bryce

Nice work, it just screams movement.

Sometimes the more subtle the job it can be easy to lose the emphasis on detail- not in this case- great paintjob!
