It's good to see you've still been busy painting during your disappearance.
Cheers

Dragoons I
Dragoons II
BOOM!
The Dragoons are finished for the time being. At a later stage I will add another two squadrons to each regiment but I've had enough with painting them and need some variety so I want to look at my second artilery battery.
Regards,
Jim

Gentlefolk,
I have always suffered from OCD when it came to wee sodjers. When I fielded my eight-pounder battery in the last one-day event I knew that the guns were based on a 50mm frontage.
I have got round this by adding three 13mm-wide spacers to the battery so that it is now as near as damn it 240mm wide by 300mm deep:
Gribeauval Eight-Pounders
If the truth be known, it did look a bit cluttered and crowded before.
Regards,
Jim

Looks fantastic Jim. I do like the batteries deployed with all the paraphanelia.
Should get back to doing some more of brits soon enough I hope!
