They are excellent - nice use of the kneeling poses (are they Vitrix?)

Incidentally when I click the link I get a "page not found" message.

...Your Blog link works OK though - so I still got to see the other pics. (And I see they are Vitrix)

Lovely unit, Burkhard! :D 8)

The close-up photos on your blog show these to be a real 'labour of love' effort--well done!

Hi Burkhard,

Lovely unit, I enjoyed your whole blog too. I like the reasoning behind the Royal Stewart tartan for the piper, adds a bit of extra colour!

Much loveliness Burkhard. I thank the fates that I do not have tartans in my future ... that I know of anyway!!

THX guys!

Even though painting the tartan patterns on the kneeling minis was a real pain in the backside, I really enjoyed this unit. Maybe due to me irrational emotional attachment to this unit.
The Gordons and 79th will follow in due time... I am just happy, that I used all the kneeling poses (from 3 boxes) up for this unit.

Cheers,

Burkhard
