Thanks, Barry.
I was not so much doing myself down as realising my limitations and at the same time showing appreciation for some of the real professionals on this site. Also, my tongue was firmly in my cheek.
These wee men will look good en-masse and that is exactly what I want.
I have mixed in a few of Mark Copplestone's "Dutch" figures with the big hats to give some variety to the line and am quite pleased with the result.
On a "lighter" note, the painting will have to take a back seat for a while as I managed to slip on one of Motherwell's beautiful ungritted pavements and ended up in A&E with two sprained wrists (there goes the love life) and a couple of cracked ribs.
Now, before we all start with the "poor Jim" replies, I'd rather you all sat back and had a damned good belly laugh as you imagine the CoffinDodger going A over Ts in the snow.
Jim
