Dear All,
have finally got a quote from a reputable printer with experience of doing wargames rules and as far as I am concerned it is a goer!!
Clarence and I will do the final formatting/editing and then it's over to production. I think the lead time from completion of master to print will be about 5 weeks. It might not make Christmas but it will definitely make a late January release.
Thank God for that!

Will those same printers be distributing the rules for you or will you be selling direct yourself

I hope to be doing the whole thing Stuart. The site is getting a makeover soon with a shop and that kind of stuff but even if people can't buy direct in the short term I can still mail the stuff and payment can be taken by paypal or cheque. Having self finanaced it all the way so far I don't see any point in getting involved in a publishing arrangement now. Some of these guys want 50-80% of cover price just for stocking
I will talk to three or four manufacturers / traders about taking range related adverts over the next couple of weeks. Some of our favourites have already expressed an interest
Need to talk to Clarence about the final touches but it is all more or less done including the new photos.

Do you have a price in mind already?

Barry,
That's very good news. Hopefully there will be some way to get copies to Canada without having to pay a fortune for shipping.

Indeed
We had a problem uploading the pdf and I think when Stuart debugged he had mixed ULB up with some of his own Judo club stuff!!!
I am certain it will get sorted out later today..
Thanks for that Hawkeye O'Brien

Barry;
I think that we've moved from Judo to WWII. I get a link to Kampfegruppe Falk when I click on the ULB Taster link in "What's New." Is anyone else getting this result? Thanks.

Barry,
Please disregard the last post. I found the taster under the "Rules" section. Great stuff.

Excellent news
. The taster looks really good, I was really aggrieved to get to the end and realise I was going to have to wait until I had a copy in my hands before I could read it all!

Any rough idea as to the selling price yet?
