The William II at War... is pretty useful although when I wrote my piece on Newtonbutler for Wargames Journal about a year ago I did quite a bit of research cross referring about four sources and found many anomalies in Sapherson's material(which incidnetally I rate highly and have used as a source many times). His numbers often don't stack up.
Have you seen the Newtonbutler piece? If not try WJ on line or I may upload the manuscript onto the site hear if enough people are interested.
