Good contact there. I have just emailed him to see if he would produce Guarde Francaise and Guard Suisse (which are not in his range) in the 50mm x 50mm oversized scale that I use.

Edit 1: Remarkable service too. He is producing the flags today and scaling them to 50mm.

Edit 2: The flags are produced, paid for and on their way!

Edit 3: The flags are now adorning my units and look fantastic. Will post images as soon as possible.

Terrific!

Thanks,

Jim

Nice find. Anyone have any pics of units with these flags on them?

Sorry footslogger.

It's my computer that has not worked out so well. I received it back repaired with a formatted hard drive and now I can't find my PhotoImpact suite for adjusting images.

They are actually excellent flags and I will post images as soon as I get the blooming thing working.

Regards,

Jim

As a follow up question, does anyone have samples of his flags printed on "material?"

I'm lining up flag manufacturers for my Italians, Saxons and others not provided by Vaubanner, and I was curious at how the material flags turned out.

Thanks,
Rob Herrick

hi rob
i have been buying flags from maverick models for a couple of years now. nice flags :P which have improved as time has gone on from plain to an effect and now on cloth. i recieved the bavarian kurprinz regimental and colonels colours on the new cloth at the weekend and i am happy to recommend them.
