I plan to take some pictures to my regiments of the armies of Savoy, Austria, England and I will post here as soon as possible, as well as to put them in our website, where there are already those of the battles that we played to test our rules of wargames.
I will put also those of the French regiments, painted by my son, that he used in the battles that we played.
What I posted above is precisely one of the images of the first battle.

Hi Guys,

I have been following this thread and I have been impressed! El CID great job. Especially for the yellow dragoons.

I did. My service in the regiment descending from them and seeing them in all their yellow coat glory has been a real treat.

I am building a Savoy force for the Marsaglia myself, but in 15mm. I have been looking to get some info about the Huguenots regiments in Savoy service, but I didn't have much luck beside discovering that the Balthazar's regiment had grey uniforms and probably blue facings.

Would you or anybody else have infos on the following regiments uniforms?

Loche
Miremont
Montauban
Montbrun

Any information about possible flags would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

That's new to me - where did you find it ?

Maybe you could provide the source.

The Huguenot foot regiments - well, that's another story. I've read a lot about them but their uniforms are not easy located and their stories are difficult to follow.

I'll let you know as soon as I have something relevant.

Meanwhile, have a look at this blogspot:

You could contact me by Email too, so that I can send you some of my sources to read:
