I would love a copy too, even if it's an old version, just to get an idea of how it plays.

Is it still possible to receive a version of ULB rules.
I have received some times ago an earlier version but after a computer crash I don't have it anymore

Hard copy version of ULB

Post by carlop » Tue Jul 24, 2007 2:46 am

Hi Barry,

I know you and Clarence have been working like demons on ULB - any idea when the final version will be available to purchase? Keen to get my gruibby mitts on them.

Cheers

Looks like the natives are getting restless! Ok, I see that I said way back in February that we were getting close. Well, we ARE close, but life keeps interfering with our wargame projects! The fact that the original idea was to offer the rules as a PDF and now we are working on an actual printed book (hey, I can't wait either) has required a little reworking of the layout. There are still a couple of short chapters to finish, a few photos left to take, and a couple of illos left to do.

How about a peek at the cover? This was on display at SALUTE this year, but for those who missed it, here it is...

Hope that helps... nah, probably not - I think that would make me more impatient to get my hands on it. Sorry

Thanks Clarence - the cover looks magnificent. As you say, makes me even keener to get the rules in their final printed version. BTW your KGL Hussars are fantastic!

Cheers

The front cover looks fantastic, any idea on how much you anticipate selling the finished book for yet?
Hopefully this will help to spread the word about this interesting period as I don't think there are any really specific rules out there as yet.
