I agree - very frustrating. I've seen epic lists of great source material on TMP which can only be accessed if you live in the States....

Proxy server is a webpage that "cheats" pretending you browse from another country that actually you do.
You can find list here:
http://www.publicproxyservers.com/proxy/list1.html
All you have to do is to go the chosen proxy server webpage and type the web adress you want to access.
