Anyone help with some basic uniform details?

I'm looking for basic uniform details (coat colour, facings, breeches, hat - and horse furniture where appropriate) for two foot, one horse, and artillery for each of any TWO small German states which would have been allied with Bavaria/Austria c.1690. This is to generate two small allied contingents to accompany my 1690s Bavarian force for a one-off wargames competition and nothing more, so I'm not looking to purchase expensive books or CDs if I can avoid it.

I'm thinking Cologne, Salzburg, or Anspach-Bayreuth as the most likely contenders, but if anyone has other suggestions (I guess we're talking exclusively Catholic states here) I'd be interested in hearing about them.

Any help appreciated. Many thanks.

Would the cuirassiers have worne helmets at this time, as with other German states?

Also would the officers have dressed the same, or would they have worne reverse colours or facing colours as seems to have been the case in the Austrian army?
