There are more new pics on my website, currently hidden away in the "Other" gallery. It may be time to expand the galleries and devote a full page to WWII...

I now have 1500 points finished for my DAK Panzergrenadier Kompanie - give or take since my army was designed using the 1st edition books and I am still waiting for my 2nd edition to arrive...

Up next will be enough armor to allow me to field either the Panzergrenadier Kompanie or a Panzer Kompanie.

Hi,
very nice. Good to see a completed army. Don't think there is any major change in the DAK in V2 except units like marders and AA don't need a command team any more. Also your Panzers will be a bit cheaper.

I am a recovery vehicle and an anit-aircraft platoon away from having a 1500-pt Panzerkompanie finished. Next up will be a Recon platoon and a Stug platoon to give a few more options to both of the forces I have and then I think I'm going to paint up a US Armor company (I'm tired of painting sand colors).

Hi Clarence,
that's a spectacular Army you have now.How long does it takes you to paint a tank in such a quality?Maybe you could write an article(like all the very informative ones you did before)about your technic?

I usually work on two or three vehicles at a time so I'm not sure, but I'd say maybe two hours per tank? I'll have to pay more attention to be sure and I'll let you know - I'm planning on painting up a few StuGs soon and I will try to document the process in an article. :D

That would be really nice, because I want to start with my DAK Panzer Kompanie well, ehm in the near future and getting the tanks done in "just" 2 hours would could cut the time I've spent on my british tanks about nearly 50%-I guess.
