The objective of this game was to control the highway and to capture a secondary objective within the enemy's deployment zone. The American objective is marked with a blue triangle, the German with red. Main American attacks are indicated by blue arrows (two flank thrusts by armoured infantry supported by tanks). The Germans absorbed these at some cost (the Yanks temporarily held their secondary objective) and then counter attacked in the direction of the red arrows. The sole surviving American platoon countered this counter!!(small blue arrow) It nearly worked but the last dozen Americans fell in the crossfire. The victory was total for Kompanie Zunker
