Hi
Am expermenting with painting some front rank 28 figures and only having previously painted 15mm am struggling with painting white on trousers etc.
Have just got a foundry triad to give that a go but would be interested to hear what combinations of Vallejo people use.
Cheers
Phil

Hi Phil,
I think to remember that Martin aka msk has done some experiments with the Andrea White Paint set on his website

Hope that helps

I use Reaper 09062 Leather White as the shade, Vallejo 70820 Offwhite as the main color, and Vallejo 70842 Gloosy White as the highlight.

I like a fairly grubby look -
Base coat = Vallejo German Camouflage Beige (821)
Mid colour = Vallejo Game Colour "Bone White" (34) + a little white
Then progressive amounts of white added to "Bone White" up to the desired finish. I rarely finish anything in pure white.
(All on a white Humbrol enamel undercoat incidentally)
